摘要
车辆是装卸作业中常见货类之一,相比其他金属货类,车辆的自重小、体积大,占用较大的船舶舱容和空间,从某种程度上降低了船舶的利用率。针对船方和货主提出的双层码放的要求,在充分调研的基础上,综合考虑车型结构、加固难度、作业数量等因素,制定了自卸车双层码放的工艺标准,在保证作业、运输安全的前提下,提高了船舶利用率。
Vehicle is one of the common cargos in port handling operations. Compared with other metal cargos,vehicles have smaller dead weights and larger dimensions and occupy larger hold capacities and more spaces,which to some extent lowers the use ratio of ships. As requested by both shipper and the charter party,we carried out researches and investigations on double stacking for dump trucks. With full consideration of vehicle model and structure,fastening measures and handling quantity,a process standard for double-stacking of dump trucks was presented. The practical implementation indicated the enhancing of ship use ratio while maintaining the safety of both cargo operation and transportation.
