摘要
剪力墙结构是通过在某些楼层的剪力墙上开洞获得较大的空间,而框架结构去掉柱子也可以形成大空间,两者的共同特点是上面楼层的部分受力构件(剪力墙或框架)不能贯通落地。需要设置结构转换构件,转换构件受力复杂,应力变化大,但在结构设计上,受力性能不同,转换构件的内力、配筋和构造设计都有不同,本文通过SATWE、PMSAP对两种转换层受力、配筋情况的有限元分析和计算来讨论转换层在结构设计上的新思路。

Through SATWE, PMSAP layer of two conversion by force, reinforcement situation analysis program to discuss new ideas and calculate conversion layer structure design.
