摘要
目的了解永康市自产蔬菜中Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Hg的含量及污染程度,同时比较不同种类蔬菜间的污染情况。方法分别在大园童、栗园、城南、黄塘、新店5个蔬菜基地采集248份蔬菜样品,采用原子吸收光谱法测定蔬菜样品中Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn的含量,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定As、Hg的含量,并用国家食品卫生限量值50%和90%来评价蔬菜中不同元素潜在的污染状况。结果 Ni、Pb、Cd、Hg、Cr存在超标现象,污染程度依次为:Ni>Pb>Cd>Hg>Cr;按蔬菜种类分析,3类蔬菜中不同元素的污染程度依次为:叶菜类>根茎类>瓜果类。结论永康市自产蔬菜存在不同程度的污染风险,其中以Ni的积累最为广泛,相关部门应引起足够重视。
Objective To investigate Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,Hg and As contents and pollution status in vegetables in Yongkang,and compare the pollution of different types of vegetable. Methods The contents of heavy metals in 5 vegetable plantations,248 samples collected form Dayuantong,Liyuan,Chengnan,Huangtang and Xindian were determined and analyzed. The content of Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni,Cu and Zn were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry( AAS),Hg and As were determined by HG-AFS. And in accordance with 50% and 90% of the national food hygienic standard limits,the potential contamination of each element in vegetables were evaluated. Results The contents of Ni,Pb,Cd,Hg,Cr were higher than the national standard,the degree of pollution was Ni 〉Pb〉Cd〉Hg〉Cr. The contamination of vegetables was leafy〉rhizome〉fruits.Conclusion The risk of pollution in Yongkang vegetables was not optimistic,especially the accumulation of Ni,we should pay attention to it.
