摘要
观察单用氯氮平与合并氯丙嗪治疗慢性精神分裂症的氯氮平血药浓度与疗效副反应等的关系。以符合CCMD-2-R诊断标准的慢性精神分裂症59例病人,分为单用组和合并使用氯丙嗪治疗组,并测定其氯氮平血浓度,并以BPRS SANS CGI TESS量表评定作临床效应分析。结果显示,两组在年龄、病程、服用氯氮平剂量、疗效及副反应方面均无显著差异。单用组氯氮平血药浓度在其性别之间有显著差异,而合并组却无显著差异。说明:氯丙嗪对氯氮平血药浓度及治疗疗效的总体影响不大。
The purpose was to study the influence of chlorpromazine on serum level, clinical effects and side-effects of clozapine in chronic schizophrenics. Methods: Fifyt nine chronic schizophrenics were divided into two group: simple clozapine group and combinating group which took clozapine and chlorpromazine. The serum levels of clozapine were measured. The clinical effects and side-effects were analysised with BPRS、SANS、CGI、TESS schedule. Results: There were no significant differences in age,length of illness,dose of clozapine,clinical effects and side-effects between two groups. In the former,the serum level of clozapine showed difference in the male and female. But they showed no difference in the later. Conclusion: chlorpromazine couldn't affect the serum level and clinical effcts of clozapine.
