为替代操作人员在爆炸性粉尘环境下工作,设计了远程控制的防爆气动搬运系统。详细说明了该系统的组成,工作过程,电气和气动控制。针对系统运行过程中可能出现的安全性问题,采取相应的防爆措施和防护措施。该系统的使用,降低了爆炸事故发生率,改善了操作员的工作环境,对保障人员生命安全和减少企业财产损失具有重要意义。
