摘要
以汽车生产企业铁质器具使用寿命与铲运关系为研究对象,定义铲运寿命影响因子i,并用i的倍数来定义器具循环使用过程中每个步骤对器具寿命的影响,从而建立器具使用寿命(循环次数)和铲运寿命影响因子及倍数的模型。该模型在某主机厂得到了实际验证,并对该主机厂器具管理、维修和索赔起到了指导意义;同时,该模型对其他物流行业器具的跟踪、管理和投入也具有一定的借鉴意义。
In this paper, with the service life of the steel implements and the lift and transport relationship of the automobile manufacturing enterprises as the subject, we defined the influence factor i of the service life of the lifting and transporting implements and stipulated the influence of each step in the circular use of the implements on them through the multiplication of i, thus establishing the influence factor model, as well as the multiplier thereof, of the service life of the implements.
