摘要
涂镀产品的基板在冷轧后产生加工硬化,使产品性能恶化。涂镀产品需进一步加工,要求有良好的力学性能为基础,而涂镀产品的基板冷轧后在性能和组织上的变化阻碍了材料的进一步加工成型,这些变化只有通过再结晶退火才能恢复。最终产品性能主要受冷轧变形量和再结晶退火的影响。
The substrate of coated products generates work hardening after cold rolling, so the performance deterioration of prod- uct is caused. The coated products needs to be processed further, which requires the good mechanical property basis, but the performance and organization change of coated products" substrate after cold rolling blocks further machine shaping, these changes can be recovered only through recrystallization annealing. The performances of final products are mainly affected by cold rolling deflection and recrystallization an- nealing.
