摘要
重点研究了在硫酸氧化的条件下钒矿的直接浸出工艺,探讨了在氟化铵的作用下,破坏钒矿的硅酸盐晶格结构,钒矿颗粒及内部中V3+、V4+在酸性氧化环境中的不同浸出行为。考察了硫酸、氯酸钠、氟化铵、温度、粒度、氧化时间等因素对浸出率的影响以及浸出率的稳定性。结果表明:石煤钒矿的浸出的最佳条件是:硫酸30%,氯酸钠3%,氟化铵2.5%,粒度100-200目,液固比(L/S)为2∶1,浸出温度80℃,浸出时间8h,在该工艺条件下,V2O5浸出率稳定在92%以上。
The direct leaching process of vanadium ore under sulfuric acid oxidation condition is the key research issue; the sili- cate salt crystal structure in vanadium ore is destroyed by ammonium fluoride, and the vanadium ore particle and the inner V3 + , V4 + has the different leaching behavior under the acid and oxidation environment. The effect of sulfuric acid, sodium chlorate, ammonium fluoride, tem- perature particle size, oxidation time and the other factors on leaching rate, as well as the stability of leaching rate are investigated. The re- suits show that the optimal leaching condition of stone coal vanadium ore are: sulfuric acid 30%, sodium chlorate 3%, ammonium fluoride 2. 5%, the particle size is 100-200 mesh, the liquid - solid ratio is 2 : 1, the leaching temperature is 80℃, and the leaching time is 8 hours, the leaching rate of V205 can be stabilized over 92% under the above mentioned process conditions.
