摘要
筛分式双齿辊破碎机在破碎硬度较高的矿石时,其破碎齿的受力及强度直接影响到产品粒度和整机的使用寿命。在辊齿正常破碎工况和卡死工况下,分别对其进行了受力计算和有限元强度分析,验证了筛分式双齿辊破碎机可用来破碎石灰石等坚硬物料。
The stress and the strength of tooth will directly affect the product particle size and the machine service life, when it is used for crushing high hardness ores. The stress was calculated and the strength was analyzed by the finite element software based on the tooth of the crusher, while it was being crushed normally and clogged. It is proved that screening double toothed-roll crusher crushing high hardness ores such as limestone is feasibilitv.
