摘要
目的探讨雾化吸入与优可适外涂治疗和护理手足口病的效果。方法对本院2014年1-7月收治的142例手足口病患者的临床护理随机分为观察组和对照组,每组71例,观察组患者在常规治疗和护理的基础上,加用药物雾化吸入和优可适外涂疱疹,观察2组临床效果。结果观察组除1例患儿好转出院,其他均治愈出院,对照组中7例因严重并发症转ICU治疗,其余患者全部痊愈出院。结论采用雾化吸入与优可适外涂治疗手足口病患儿明显比普通治疗效果好、疗程短、并发症少、致残率及死亡率低、不良反应小,得到家长的认可。
Objective To evaluate the effect of atomization inhalation, drug exterior coating and nursing care in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods A total of 142 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group （each 71 cases）. The former received the routine treatment and nursing, and the latter received atomization inhalation, drug exterior coating and nursing care in addition to the routine treatment. Results In the trial group, only one patient improved and discharged, and all the others were cured and dis-charged; in the control group, 7 patients had serious complications and shifted to ICU, and the others were recovered and discharged. Conclusion The effect of atomization inhalation, drug exterior coating and nursing care is very effective in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.
