摘要 大庆油田部分聚驱采出井出现采出液粘度过高及结蜡严重问题,导致抽油杆下行滞后,影响油井正常生产。本文针对该问题研制出环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺共聚物作为一种高效降粘防蜡剂,室内测定该降粘防蜡剂对原油防蜡率在50%以上,含油聚合物溶液降粘率可达70%以上,现场应用效果显著。 Part of Daqing oil field polymer flooding wells had been found that produced liquid viscosity was too high and paraffin deposit was serious,leading to sucker rod down lag,affecting the normal production. In this paper, epichlorohydrin-dimethylamine eopolymer was developed as an effective viscosity paraffin inhibitor. Laboratory studies showed that the rate of crude wax control was more than 50%, viscosity-reducing rate of oil polymer solution was up to 70%. The field application effect was remarkable.
