摘要
本研究对玉米秸秆、中药残渣、林业废弃枝桠、废弃木耳菌袋4种生物质基材为研究对象,分别对4种不同生物质进行不同酸碱程度处理,系统分析在预处理前后各生物质主要成分和热值差异。结果表明酸碱预处理使生物质原料的纤维素含量增加,半纤维素含量降低,秸秆的木质素含量增加,林业废弃枝桠和中药残渣的木质素含量降低,总碳含量升高,灰分降低,1%H2SO4处理后的生物质热值要高于1%Na OH处理后的生物质热值。
Four kinds of biomass materials of maize straw, Chinese medicine residuals, waste branches and waste agaric bags were pretreated. The ingredient and calorific value difference were analyzed. The results showed that cellulose increased, hemicellulose decreased, lignin in straw increased, lignin in Chinese medicine residuals, waste branches decreased, total carbon increased, ash content decreased, calorific value pretreated by 1% H2SO4 was higher than 1% NaOH.
