摘要
在油胺溶剂中,用溶剂热法,160℃加热反应12h成功合成了Zn S:Mn纳米晶体.并对油相中合成的Zn S:Mn进行了功能化修饰,用巯基乙酸(TGA)对材料进行了包裹.借助X射线衍射分析、傅里叶红外光谱、荧光谱图等测试方法对材料进行了表征,XRD数据表明,合成的Zn S:Mn晶体PDF#为79-2204.IR数据显示,在Zn S:Mn晶体表面成功修饰上了羧酸(-COOH).由荧光谱图可知,修饰前后Zn S:Mn晶体荧光发射峰峰位不变(421nm),而修饰后的荧光发射峰强度比修饰前有所增强.
ZnS:Mn quantum dots were synthesized by using solvothermal method in oleylamine at 160℃ for 12h. The as-prepared ZnS:Mncrystals were investigated by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and flurescence spectroscopy. The powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the PDF of ZnS:Mn crystals was79-2204. IR absorption spectra showed that the carboxyl group (-COOH) is on the surface of ZnS:Mn crystals. From the fluorescence spectra, The results showed that the fluorescent peak of nanoparticles of modified ZnS:Mn was at 421 nm and the intensity was stronger.
