摘要
噬血细胞综合征（hemophagocytic syndrome，HPS）又称噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（he—mophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis，HLH），临床主要表现为持续发热、肝脾肿大、全血细胞减少、凝血障碍、淋巴结肿大、皮疹和黄疸等，少数可出现神经系统症状。HPS的发病机制不清楚，目前大多认为与机体免疫调节功能异常有关。
Summary In order to explore the treatment and clinical features of hemophagocytic syndrome （HPS） with abnormal high level of ferritin,we analyze one case＇s diagnosis and treatment,and have a review of the literature. The patient was diagnosed as HPS for his ferritin level abnormally increased to 247 920 ng/ml. After active treatment,the condition is basically stable. Ferritin levels have close relationship with disease severity, ferritin level changes can be used as an important index of changes of disease of HPS.
