摘要
语言学者Young Yun Kim提出跨文化交际能力要素模式,以此模式为理论框架,从认知能力、情感能力和行为能力三个方面进一步阐释了跨文化交际能力在商务情境下微观内涵。跨文化商务交际认知能力包括对语言和文化背景的认知能力、对人和交际过程的认知能力和对国际商务知识和有效性商务交际手段及策略的认知。情感能力包含增加交际动机能力、宽容能力和移情能力。行为能力则包括技术能力、协调能力和应变能力。就这三方面的能力要素在商务情境中的具体内涵进行了探讨。
This paper is intended to dwell on the connotation of inter-cultural business communication com-petence (IBCC)in the light of Young Yun Kim’s theoretical frame.IBCC consists of three components which include cognitive competence,affective competence and operational competence.Cognitive compe-tence is composed of three parts,including the cognitive competence of language and cultural background, of interactive subject and process and of international business knowledge and effective business communi-cation strategy.Affective competence covers the competence to enhance communicative motive,the com-petence to tolerate and to empathize.Operational competence includes the competence to carry out various skills and the competence of coordination and adaptation.
