摘要
目的:观察火针结合梅花针放血拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:38例急性期带状疱疹患者采用火针点刺疱疹处及相应节段华佗夹脊穴结合梅花针放血拔罐治疗。结果:经治疗1个疗程后痊愈31例,好转7例,总有效率为100%。结论:火针为主结合梅花针放血拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹及其神经痛有显著疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Ignipuncture needles combined with plum blossom needle pricking cupping bloodletting in treatment of acute herpes zoster. Methods： The position and the corresponding segment of Hua Tuo Jiaji points combined with plum blossom needle pricking cupping bloodletting therapy with Ignipuncture needles prick herpes in 38 cases of acute herpes zoster patients. Results： after 1 courses of treatment, 31 cases were cured, 7 cases improved, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Ignipuncture needles combined with plum blossom needle pricking cupping bloodletting has obvious therapeutic effect in treating acute herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia.
