摘要
采用Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy三种模型对獭兔进行生长曲线拟合,对经选育的海狸色獭兔×海狸色獭兔（下称海×海）和白色獭兔×白色獭兔（下称白×白）两个试验组1~5月龄体重的生长规律进行研究。结果表明：3种生长曲线模型对獭兔生长拟合情况均较好（R2〉0.99）。对于海×海组和白×白组,用Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型的拟合度最佳,分别达到R2=0.996和R2=0.997。海×海组拐点月龄为1.88和1.60,拐点体重为1 282.8 g和1 107.8 g;白×白组拐点月龄为2.29和2.08,拐点体重为1 392.6 g和1 264.35 g。1.5、2、3月龄海×海组的平均体重显著高于白×白组。由平均日增重曲线可知,海×海组和白×白组的生长高峰都出现在60~90日龄,这与生长模型拟合的结果基本吻合。生长后期平均日增重下降,曲线趋于平缓,说明獭兔的生长速度随月龄的增加而下降。研究结果为獭兔的早期选种选育提供了试验依据。
In order to fit the growth curve of rex rabbit, 3 non-linear models （Gompertz, Logistic and Von Bertalanffy）were used to fit the growth of selected Beaver x Beaver rex rabbit（Beaver x Beaver as follows）and White x White rex rabbit（White x White as follows）from 1-5 month. The results showed that：3 growth curve models could all well-fit the growth of rex rabbit（R2〉0.99）.The Gompertz and Bertalanffy models had the best effects on fitting with the growth curve of both Beaver x Beaver group（R2=0.996） and White x White group （R2=0.997）, respectively. The turning points of month age in Beaver x Beaver group were 1.88 and 1.60, the turning points of weight were 1 282.8 g and 1 107.8 g;while in White x White group, the turning points of month age were 2.29 and 2.08, the turning points of weight were 1 392.6 g and 1 264.35 g.The mean weight of different months in Beaver x Beaver group was significantly higher than that in White × White group. From the average daily gain curve, the growth peaks of Beaver x Beaver and White x White both appeared at 60-90 days, which was basically the same with the growth model.Later the average daily gain decreased, and the curve became smooth. This indicated that the growth speed of rex rabbit decreased along with the increase of month age. This study provids experimental evidences for rex rabbit breeding and early selection.
