摘要
平煤股份一矿三水平需要布置辅助运输设备,来满足生产需要,因埋深大,矿压较大,因此有必要对绞车大硐室的布置设计和施工技术进行研究。依据选定的双侧驱动液压绞车尺寸,在岩性分析的基础上,设计了绞车硐室。在测定地应力的基础上,确定了硐室支护形式和支护参数。施工工序上采用了炮掘台阶法掘进施工,保证了工程施工可行性和施工安全,减小了施工难度。
No. 1 Mine of Pingdingshan Mining Group three level needed auxiliary transportation equipment arrangement to meet the production needs, due to large depth and big mining pressure, winch chamber layout design and the construction technology needed to be studied. Based on bilateral drive hydraulic winch sizes and lithology analysis, winch chamber was designed. Based on measuring ground stress, the support form and parameters of chamber were settled. The construction adopted blasting mining step method, which ensured engineering construction feasibility and construction safety and reduced the construction ditilculty.
