摘要
成长于改革开放后的新生代农民工逐渐从基本的生存型转向了发展型,对文化和精神生活的需求具有较高的期望。关注他们的精神生活,保障他们的文化权益既是对这一特殊群体的关爱和尊重,也是构建和谐社会,实施文化强国战略的题中之义。既彰显新生代农民工社会保障的完整性,又能助力他们实现从生存型到发展型的完美转变。从新生代农民工的精神文化需求的构成因素分析入手,探析了新生代农民工文化权益保障5个方面内容,提出了制度支持、组织支持、社会支持、自我支持等4项新生代农民工文化权益保障的社会支持机制。
Growing up after the reform and opening policy, the new - generation migrant workers are gradually switc- hing from survival type to the developing type, and most of them begin to have much higher expectations for cultural and spiritual needs. Paying attention to their spiritual life and protecting their cultural rights and interests not only could show special love but respect to this special group. At the same time, it is also the basic requirement of con- strutting harmonious society and implementing cultural strategy. It highlights the integrity of the social security of the new - generation migrant workers as well as helps them to realize the perfect transformation from survival type to developing type. The paper begins with the analysis of the factors of spiritual and cultural needs of the new - generation migrant workers, and explores the content of cultural rights and interests protection for them, furthermore, puts forward the social support for their cultural rights and interests protection.
