摘要
目的了解在校女大学生对经期及性卫生知识的掌握情况,以便开展可行的女性生殖健康教育。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,对华南理工大学在校625名女大学生进行女性经期和性卫生知识调查。结果女大学生对经期每2~3h更换卫生巾及经期每天清洗外阴的知晓率在80%以上,而对其余项目的知晓率均低于80%,其中对经期适量运动的知晓率仅为48.8%。女大学生基本了解经期基本保健知识,但是还有22.7%学生对月经不调的原因不清楚。女大学生对性传播疾病及性生理知识的完全知晓率较高,分别为82.1%和80.3%,其次为清洁性生活知识完全知晓率为76.8%,对安全期的计算完全知晓率最低,仅为63.3%。结论学校应加强女大学生生殖健康教育。
Objective To understand the state of knowledge of female college students about menstrual period and sex hygiene so as to conduct a feasible education on female reproductive health.Method To conduct a survey on knowledge about female menstrual period and sex hygiene of 625 female college students of South China University of Technology using self-designed questionnaire.Results The rates of awareness of replacing sanitary napkins every 2to 3hours during the menstrual period and water-cleaning genital everyday of college students were over 80%,while the rates of awareness of other items were all below 80%,among which the rate of awareness of proper amount of physical exercises during the menstrual period was only 48.8%.Female college students had a basic understanding of the basic health care knowledge of the menstrual period,while there were still 22.7% of those surveyed remained unclear of the causes to irregular menstruation.The female college students had rather high level of awareness about sexually transmitted diseases and sexual-physiological knowledge,and the rates were 82.1% and 80.3% respectively,followed by 76.8% awareness rate of the knowledge about clean sex life,and the one with the lowest awareness rate at only 63.3% was about the calculation of the safe period.Conclusion School authorities should strengthen the education on reproductive health of female college students.
