摘要
为适应国家考核要求,各级环保部门及相关单位建设了污染源在线监测系统,并将数据传输有效率的监控作为系统建设的核心内容。系统应用显示部分企业还不能完全达到污染源自动监控数据传输有效率75%的国家考核要求,所以对提升企业污染源自动监控数据传输有效率方法的探讨就显得非常必要。文章通过对其原因的分析,总结了提高数据传输有效率的方法,对于在一定程度上提升数据传输有效率、强化企业环境排放监管水平,具有一定借鉴与推广意义。
To satisfy the governmental assessment,pollution source on-line monitoring systems have been constructed by each environmental department and its relevant counterparts.Meanwhile monitoring data transmission effectiveness is regarded as pivotal business of system construction.The systems reveal that some enterprises havent yet reached 75%,which is the cut-off assessment score set by the government.Consequently,it is of great necessity to discuss the data transmission effectiveness improvement upon the corporate pollution source automatic monitoring.Through cause analysis,the article proposed methodology and application for improving data transmission effectiveness.It can enhance actual data transmission effectiveness to some extent,allow more enterprises to reach the national standard gradually,and reinforce supervision capability of pollutant emission.As a result,the method can be educational and practical.
