摘要
目的:了解我国西南、西北地区医院药师地位与作用的现状。方法:采用问卷调查法,对西南、西北地区16个省市的医院药师地位与作用现状,从基本情况、工作内容、年收入、开展药学服务项目、期望工作模式等方面进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果与结论:共计发放调查问卷4 950份,回收有效问卷1 025份,有效回收率为20.7%。本次调查对象以40岁以下的初、中级职称和本科及专科学历的药师为主,主要从事工作内容为药品调剂与临床药学,年收入大多低于5万元;参与调查医院药学部门人数所占比例均未达到8%;在开展的药学服务项目中,以用药咨询与指导、医师处方审核、药品不良反应监测居多;大部分临床药师期望工作模式为选定具代表性或本院重点临床科室,定点、定期到病房参加查房、会诊、危重患者抢救、病例讨论等,协助医师开展药物治疗工作。这表明我国目前医院药学部门高学历人才匮乏,药师待遇有待提高,药学服务工作虽有一定发展,但不同等级医院各方面状况的差异较大,仍有待进一步加强。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the situation and role of general conditions of hospital pharmacists in southwest and northwest China. METHODS：Questionnaire was used to investigate the situation and role of general conditions of hospital pharmacists in 16 provinces and cities of southwest and northwest China in aspects of general information,job content,annual incomes,content of pharmaceutical care and expectations of work mode,etc. The results were statistically analyzed. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：A total of 4 950 questionnaires was used,1 025 were recovered effectively with the effective rate of 20.7%. The respondents were mainly pharmacists with middle-class titles,undergraduates and specialist qualifications of younger than 40 years old,main job contents were drug dispensing and clinical pharmacy with annual incomes of less than 50 000 yuan;the population of pharmacy departments in hospital was less than 8%;among the pharmaceutical care projects,drug counseling and guidance,prescription audit,and adverse drug reaction monitoring were more common;the expectation of work mode of most clinical pharmacists was representative or hospital key clinical departments with ward rounds,consultation,rescue of critical patients and case discussions,etc. to help the pharmacists work. It shows that the shortage of highly educated personnel in hospital pharmacy departments and the treatment of pharmacists needs to be improved. Though the pharmaceutical care has certain developed,large differences exist in all aspects of hospitals of different levels. It remains to be further improved.
