摘要
自从1972年慕尼黑奥运会上发生恐怖分子劫持并杀害以色列运动员事件以后,重大体育赛事的安全成了主办方优先考虑的问题。"9·11"事件后反恐形势更加严峻,为了做到万无一失,各国在筹备大型体育赛事时用于安保的经费逐年递增。分析国外重大体育赛事安全面临的主要威胁和主要措施,提出国外重大体育赛事安保经验对我国举办重大体育赛事的启示。
After the incident that Israeli athletes were hijacked and killed by terrorists in 1972 Munich Olympics, the safety of the major sports events has become the top priority of organizers. The counter - terrorism situation becomes more serious after the ＂9 · 11＂ event. In order to guarantee the safety, the security funds used in preparation for large - scale sports are increasing year by year. Currently, Beijing is formally selected for the next round competition to bid host the 2022 Winter Olympics. Foreign experience in organizing such activities undoubtedly has some refer- ence to our country.
