摘要
目的：探讨协同护理模式对帕金森病患者负性情绪的影响。方法将80例帕金森病患者随机分为两组，每组40例，研究组予以协同护理模式管理，对照组予以常规护理干预，于入院时、出院后8周采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评定患者的焦虑、抑郁状况，采用日常生活能力量表评定患者的日常生活能力并进行分级，同时比较两组患者的治疗依从率。结果出院后8周，研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分明显低于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01），日常生活能力量表分级较对照组明显改善，治疗依从率显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论协同护理管理可改善帕金森病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高治疗依从性及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of collaborative care model （CCM ） on negative emotion of Parkinson’s disease （PD） .Methods Eighty PD patients were randomized to two groups of 40 ones each ,research group received CCM management and control group did routine nursing intervention ,anxious and depressive status were assessed with the Self‐rating Anxiety Scale （SAS ） and Self‐rating Depression Scale （SDS ） and activities of daily living with the Activity of Daily Living Scale （ADL） on admission and within 8 weeks after discharge ,treatment compliance rates compared between two groups .Results Within 8 weeks after discharge the SAS and SDS score were significantly lower （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） ,the ADL score improved more significantly ,and treatment compliance rate was significant‐ly higher （P〈0 .01） in research than control group .Conclusion CCM could improve anxious and depres‐sive emotions of PD patients ,raise treatment compliance ,and improve quality of life .
