摘要
目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者的临床影响。方法选择患者80例,分为两组,各40例,其中观察组使用本研究干预方法,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组发生并发症及疱疹愈合情况。结果观察组发生高血糖、低血糖、严重疼痛影响睡眠的比例均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间及痊愈时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者,实施针对性护理干预措施,能有效减轻患者疼痛水平,促进临床愈合。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical impact of nursing interventions for 2 diabetes with herpes zoster. Methods80 cases were divided into two groups, each 40 cases, the observation group were used care the method in this study, the control group were received routine care,then complications and herpes healing were compared. ResultsThe hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, severe pain affecting sleep proportions with observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）, the observation group with scab time, pain relief and recovery time were significantly shorter than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with 2 diabetes and herpes zoster merger, the implementation of targeted nursing interventions can effectively reduce pain levels and promote clinical healing.
