摘要
目的：探讨中医接骨法治疗小儿前臂骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月～2013年12月我院骨科收治的前臂骨折患儿240例，随机分为对照组和研究组各120例，其中对照组予以传统钢板固定法接骨治疗，研究组则予以中医接骨法治疗，两组患者治疗后随访6个月观察统计患儿临床治疗的效果。结果对照组患儿痊愈68例，好转74例，无效78例，总有效率64.5％，研究组患儿痊愈125例，好转84例，无效11例，总有效率95.0％；两组患儿治疗结果对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中医接骨法在治疗小儿前臂骨折方面的临床效果较为理想，同西医钢板固定法相比有着明显优势，应当在临床上大力推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in bone forearm fractures of children.Methods 240 cases of children with forearm fractures in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into three groups with 120 cases in each group, and the control group received treatment of traditional bone plate fixation, the study group received TCM treatment of bone, effect of clinical treatment of the two groups were followed up for 6 months and observed. Results 68 cases in the control group were cured, 74 cases for the better, 78 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 64.5%, 125 cases of the study group recovered, 84 cases for the better, 11 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 95.0%; the treatment outcome were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.055）.Conclusion TCM bone method in the treatment of pediatric clinical effect of forearm fractures is more ideal, which is compared with Western plate fixation method with obvious advantages, should vigorously promote in clinical practice.
