粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子及其受体拮抗剂mavrilimumab在类风湿关节炎中研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 RA是一种系统性慢性自身免疫性疾病,以持续侵蚀性的炎症性多关节炎为主要临床表现,除关节外,也可累及肺、心脏、皮肤等其他脏器,如果没有得到合理的治疗,将导致关节毁损和瘫痪,生活质量下降和寿命缩短.粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor,GM-CSF)是一种具有多效性的造血细胞生长因子,在粒细胞系与巨噬细胞系的发育与成熟的各阶段起到调控作用.近年研究表明GM-CSF在炎症反应与自身免疫疾病中有重要作用,GM-CSF参与RA发病,而其受体拮抗剂mavrilimumab能够拮抗GM-CSF信号传导,显著改善关节炎小鼠的症状.为此,本文将综述GM-CSF及其受体拮抗剂mavrilimumab在RA治疗中的研究进展.
