狼疮足细胞病并发急性肾衰竭一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，41岁，因“腹胀10d，少尿、全身水肿6d”于2013年6月20日入院。10d前无明显诱因出现腹胀。6d前出现少尿，约150mud，全身水肿，伴恶心、胸闷，且逐渐加重，体质量由60kg增加至72kg，夜间不能平卧。在当地医院扩容、利尿后尿量约400mud。查体：体温：36．7℃，血压：130／86mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），颜面浮肿，颈静脉充盈。双肺呼吸音偏低，可及细湿口罗音，腹部膨隆，移动性浊音阳性．双下肢凹陷性水肿。无皮疹及关节疼痛。
