摘要
近年来,随着我国对检疫证明编号工作的重视,先后出台了一些相应的管理办法和措施。在全国各级植物检疫机构的共同努力下,此项工作在一定程度上得到了规范,尽管如此,目前检疫证明编号在标注和使用中仍存有一些问题。本文结合当前种子植物检疫工作情况,对我国植物检疫证明编号的现状进行详细的论述,同时针对检疫证明编号存在的问题提出对策和建议,为进一步规范检疫证明编号提供可参考性意见。
In recent years, China attaches great importance to numbering seeds quarantine certifi cates, accordingly a series of management methods and measurements have been issued. The numbering work has to some extent been normalized under the efforts from plant quarantine institutes at all levels. However, currently there are still some problems during labeling and using the seeds quarantine certifi cates number. This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese seeds quarantine certifi cate numbering in some detail, combining the performance of seed plant quarantine. It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the existing problems, which will provide references for further normalizing seeds quarantine certifi cate numbering in China.
