微时代,图书馆应紧跟潮流,利用微信为广大用户服务,了解和掌握图书馆应用微信公众平台的价值、服务模式以及存在的问题和建议,对于图书馆转变传统的服务方式、进一步丰富服务内容、拓宽服务渠道和增强服务效果具有较强的现实意义。
Micro- era,libraries should closely follow the trend to service the users by Wechat. To understand the value of application of Wechat public library platform and mastering the service model and existing problems and suggestions,thus it is of significance to chang the traditional library services,further enrich the service content,broaden effect service channels and enhance service effect.
