摘要
统计归纳了许昌东区八一路两侧7个小区的基础服务设施,发现高档小区周边的基础设施的综合系数高达0.66而低档小区只有0.06,而且尚未入住的高档小区基础设施与已经入住的低档小区的综合系数接近.表明新建小区基础设施的配套水平与小区居民的消费水平相关,而与房价无明显关联.另一方面,低档小区居民对基础设施的满意度最高(36%),高档小区居民对服务设施不满意度最高(9%),反映出不同阶层对社区设施的价值观分异.这种意识形态分异同样表现在居民对社区的意象图上,高档小区和低档小区为极端"封闭型和开放型",即对社区的意象不甚清晰;而中档小区对社区意象图最为详尽、清晰,表明物质生活和精神生活质量较高的居民才能对社区有全面的认知,是为"成熟型".
In this paper,a survey is conducted on the facilities in 7 communities along the Bayi Road,Eastern District of Xuchang City. Results show that the comprehensive facility index（CFI） of high-grade residential quarters comes at 0. 66,while that of the low-grade residential quarters is only 0. 06. It reflects that the facility standard of new built quarters has close relationship with residential consumption level rather than with housing prices. However,the degree of residential satisfaction on facilities matched to the communities is the highest for the low-grade quarters,and the satisfaction degree of the residents in high-grade quarters only arrives to 23%.Obviously there exists notable differentiation in their values. Study on the residents＇ community image shows that only those who own both material and spiritual wealth could have distinct and full community image.
