摘要
目的:探析自体带结膜瓣的角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:选择达州市中西医结合医院2013年1月-2014年7月期间收治的56例翼状胬肉患者,分为对照组和观察组。分别采用单纯球结膜瓣移植方法、自体角膜缘干细胞移植方法进行治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果:观察组治愈率96.43%,并发症7.14%,与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率2.57%,明显低于对照组(17.58%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自体带结膜瓣的角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉,操作简便,术后恢复更快,复发率低,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect for stem cell transplantation of self-limbal conjunctival fl ap body to treat pterygium. Methods 56 cases with pterygium in our hospital were divided into the control group and observation group, which were used conventional cell transplantation methods and limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment, and the results between two groups were compared. Results The cure rate was 96.43 % for the observation group, and the complication was 7.14 %, which showed no statistically signifi cant（P〉0.05） by comparing with the control group. The recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.57 %, which was signifi cantly lower than the control group（17.58 %）, showed with statistical signifi cance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stem cell transplantation of self-limbal conjunctival fl ap body to treat pterygium has some advantages, such as easy to operate, faster postoperative recovery, relapse rate, and safety.
