摘要
目的:对临床上ICU危重症的患者在导管相关性感染进行分析。方法:收集2014年7月至2014年11月我院ICU室40例置管的患者,共收集48根导管进行细菌培养,观察患者相关的导管感染。结果:有14根导管经细菌培养呈阳性,其阳性率是35%,并培养出阳性菌株共17例。结论:在临床治疗的过程当中,必须严格进行无菌操作与正确操作,并积极预防导管相关感染情况的发生,确保置管患者的生命健康。
Objective： to analyze the clinical ICU critically ill patients in thecatheter related infections. Methods： 40 cases of patients with ventricularcatheter from 2014 July to 2014November in our hospital were collected and ICU, 48 catheters were cultured, observation in catheter related infections. Results： there were 14 catheter by bacterial culture positive,the positive rate was 35%, and cultivate positive strains were 17 cases. Conclusion： in the course of clinical treatment, must be strictly aseptieoperation and correct operation, and active prevention of catheter relatedinfection, to ensure that the tube life and health of patients.
