摘要
目的:探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的有效护理对策。方法:对50例老年COPD患者进行整体护理,包括营养支持、心理护理、呼吸道护理、呼吸训练、健康教育等。结果:49例经治疗和整体护理,病情好转出院,有效率98%。结论:对老年copd患者实施整体护理可有效提高老年患者的生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the effective nursing measures for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： the nursing care of 50 cases of elderly patients with COPD, including nutritional support, psychological nursing, nursing care of respiratory tract, respiratory training, health education. Results： 49 cases were treated and holistic nursing care, his condition improved and discharged, the efficiency of 98%. Conclusion： the implementation of holistic nursing care can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with elderly COPD patients.
