子宫内膜癌的治疗及其进展

摘要 子宫内膜癌是女性最为常见的恶性肿瘤。根据B0khman1983年提出的分级系统假说，子宫内膜的肿瘤发生通常分为I型和II型。I型子宫内膜癌包括了绝大部分散发病例，患者通常表现为典型的子宫内膜病变，肿瘤分级往往较低，因此预后较好。与之相反，II型患者所占比例较少，往往缺乏典型的子宫内膜病变且具有较高的组织学分级，表现为较多的浆细胞和透明细胞，具有较高的早期扩散倾向和欠佳的预后。本篇综述对不同类型子宫内膜癌患者的相关治疗做出总结，提出了个体化的治疗对策，并对未来治疗方法的发展提出展望，以期对临床工作的开展提供理论依据。
