摘要
目的:康复训练仪对脑血管病康复治疗的意义。方法:对住院脑血管病患者500例进行临床疗效研究(均符合1995年全国第四届脑血管疾病学术会议制订的诊断标准),随机分为对照组(250例)和治疗组(250例),对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上,增加康复训练仪训练促进脑血管病患者功能康复;治疗前和治疗后7 d、14 d、28 d、90 d后对患者行肢体运动功能评价、ADL评分、m RS评分比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组肢体运动功能评价、ADL评分、m RS评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑血管病患者的康复治疗是降低病残率及提高治愈率的关键,康复训练仪能有效改善及提高脑血管病患者功能预后。
Objective： Significance of rehabilitation trainingapparatus on rehabilitation treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods： For the patients with cerebral vascular disease in 500 cases of clinical research （conform to the diagnosis standard in 1995 fourth nationalcerebrovascular disease academic conference formulate）, were randomly divided into control group （250 cases）and the treatment group （250 cases）,the control group was treated with routine drug treatment, the treatment group based on the increase, rehabilitation training instrument training promotingfunction in the patients with cerebral vascular disease rehabilitation; before treatment and aider 7 days, 14 days, 28 days, 90 days for patients with limb motor function evaluation, ADL score, mRS score, compared two groups ofpatients; Results： in the treatment group, limb motor function evaluation of ADL score,mRS score were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion：patients with cerebrovascular disease rehabilitation treatment is to reduce the rate of disability and the key to increase the cure rate, rehabilitation training instrument can effectively improve and improve the function of the patients with cerebral vascular disease proanosis.
