摘要
针对马堡矿15号煤层邻近层及采空区瓦斯涌出量大,高位钻孔及走向顶板长钻孔受地质条件影响施工不到位、抽采效果差等问题,提出以15108综放工作面为实验地点进行接替式高低位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术实验来增加采空区、邻近层瓦斯抽采效果。通过对接替式高低位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术原理的研究,确定了钻孔施工工艺及钻孔参数,并通过对接替式高低位钻孔现场应用效果考察,总结得出在采取高低位钻孔抽采后,上隅角瓦斯浓度总体趋势低于未采取高低位钻孔抽采时瓦斯浓度,15108工作面采用接替式高低位钻孔能够有效控制采空区和邻近层瓦斯涌出,并且取得较高和稳定的瓦斯抽采纯量和浓度,从而降低上隅角瓦斯浓度,可作为在大直径顶板走向长钻孔未起到作用时,进行采空区和邻近层瓦斯抽采的技术手段。

Through to replace hi-lo borehole gas extraction technology principle,determine the drilling construction technology and drilling parameters,and through to replace type hi-lo drilling the application effects of the investigation,concluded after take hi-lo borehole extraction,concentration of gas in upper corner overall trend below without taking a borehole extraction in the gas concentration,15108 face the replacement type hi-lo borehole goaf gas emission and the adjacent layer,can effectively control and achieve high and stable gas extraction from scalar and concentration,reducing the gas concentration in upper corner,and can be used as in the large diameter roof toward the long borehole did not play a role,in goaf gas extraction technology and the adjacent layer.
