摘要
低成本、高效率的工程建设运营模式是运营商持续发展的战略选择,这需要着手搭建包括企业自身、客户、合作单位等在内的多维度管理体系,并进一步能够支撑公司后续各项经营活动的需求。本文选择以新建楼宇网络覆盖为切入点,探讨一体化的规划、设计、施工管理模式,能够有效避免重复进场、重复施工,缩短工程周期,节约工程投资。
It＇s a strategic choice for the telecom operator to take a low cost and high effi ciency engineer constructing model, which needs to have a multi-dimensional management system including business, customers and cooperate units. The engineer constructing model is also a way of supporting the further business activities of the company. This paper takes the network coverage of new buildings as the starting point, and then researches an integrated management model of planning, designing and constructing. The new management model can effectively avoid repeated approaching and constructing an engineering site, and it will fi nally shorten the engineer cycle and save the cost.
