International Comparative Research on Assurance Conditions of the Quality Pre-school Education

摘要 高质量的学前教育需要政府、家庭、学前教育机构等多方支持和保障。对学前教育政策和研究的国际比较研究表明:良好的学前教育资助体系、高素质的学前教师、高质量的学前教育机构是保障幼儿健康发展的必备条件,它们依次形成一个相互连接的链条,这是学前教育质量保障中的几个关键链条。 The high quality of Pre-school education needs the support and assurance from the government, family and educational institutions. It shows that from the international comparative research about the pre-school education it is essential that good preschool education system, the high quality of preschool teachers and preschool educational institutions are combined together to guarantee the healthy development of young children. They, in turn, form a kind of key chains to assure the high quality of preschool education.
