摘要
以船舶主轴为研究对象,在分析单轴应力疲劳基础上,在Ansys中进行仿真计算,获得不同扭矩下主轴应力集中的部位,利用相互作用积分方法在应力集中的部位采用Ansys计算应力强度因子。在分析纯扭矩作用下主轴上任意一点的受力情况后,基于Paris裂纹扩展速度公式,推导出轴的转速和功率与裂纹扩展速率的关系,提出了基于裂纹尖端应力强度因子的船舶主轴裂纹评估方法。
In this paper,the thrust shaft of ship is taken as research object. Thestress fatigue on the single shaft is analyzed and emulated in Ansys. The place of local stress concentrationis obtainedwhich is under different torques. Stress intensity factor where is stress concentration is calculated. Based on paris' s formula about propagation life of fatigue,the relationship between crack propagation and speed is proposed as well as the relationship between crack propagation and power of the shaft. The study provides a crack evaluation approachof shipshaft based on stress intensity factor.
