摘要
目的探讨平板运动试验诱发血管迷走性晕厥(VVS)的原因及特点。方法回顾性分析16例平板运动实验诱发血管迷走性晕厥患者的资料。结果本组运动量均达到亚极量,均在1 min内出现晕厥前兆或晕厥并伴有心率、血压下降。结论虽然平板运动试验诱发血管迷走性晕厥较少见且有自限性,但可导致外伤及患者恐慌,同时有可能导致心脏骤停,因此运动试验过程中应严密观察患者心率、血压,减少意外发生。
Objective To explore the cause and the features of vasovagal syncope（VVS） induced by treadmill exercise test. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the data of 16 patients with VVS induced by treadmill exercise test. Results The exercise capacity reached sub-maximum dose, and patients all had syncope premonition or syncope with decreased heart rate and blood pressure within 1 min. Conclusion Although it is rare and limited for VVS induced by treadmill exercise test, it can still cause patients＇ injury and panic, along with sudden cardiac arrest. Therefore, close monitoring on heart rate and blood pressure must be taken during exercise test to reduce accident.
