摘要
通过对马克思主义经典论述的复习,回顾了手术演变的历史,可以认定和其他自然发展的规律一样,手术演变的过程也经历着否定之否定的发展规律。本文并不拘泥于某种手术方式的评价,而是对手术发展史的一个哲学上的粗浅探索。本文还分析了手术演变每一步完成的条件,主要取决于人们对手术损伤小而疗效优的需求;医学家对于疾病机理的研究;器械、材料及其他学科的发展;疾病的早期发现以及手术技术的改进。
Reviewing the history of surgical operation with classical Marxizm theory ,it is identified that there is a same development law of the negation of negation in the history of surgical operation as other natural development .This paper is not limited to evaluate a surgical approach ,to explorate the philosophy in the history of surgical opetation initially .The conditions for the development of surgigal techniques are analyzed .In order to optimize the efficacy of surgical operation and to minimize surgical in fury ,the disease mechanisms ,surgical instruments and material ,related disciplines ,disease found in early stage and improved surgical techniques are studied .
