摘要
按照中共十八届三中全会积极发展混合所有制经济的精神,在文化产业领域内,陕西国有文化企业需要大力面向非国有、非公有资本增资扩股,这不仅有利于发展陕西文化产业领域的混合所有制经济,更有利于助推省域文化产业大发展大繁荣。陕西国有文化企业要面向非国有资本增资扩股,必须不断解放思想,更新观念;深化股份制改革;营造环境,鼓励引导国有文化企业增资扩股;创造条件,推进国有文化企业上市。
According to the positive development of the mixed ownership economy spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18 CPC committee, in the field of cultural industries, Shaanxi state-owned cultural enterprises need to share vigorously capital increase for non state owned, non public owned capital, which is not only conducive to the development of the mixed ownership economy in Shaanxi cultural industries, more conducive to the development of cultural industries and the large prosperity. Shaanxi state-owned cultural enterprises should be shared capital increase for non state owned capital, must continue to emancipate the mind, renew ideas; deepen the shareholding system reform; create the environment, encourage and guide state-owned cultural enterprises share capital increase; create conditions, promote state-owned cultural enterprises listed.
