Research progress on biomarkers for early diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis

摘要 结核性脑膜炎由于临床表现不典型、病原学检查相对滞后,使其诊断相对困难,而脑脊液中特异的生物学标志物能提高早期诊断率,对结核性脑膜炎患者的治疗和预后有重大意义。此文就近几年关于生物学标志物在结核性脑膜炎早期诊断中的应用作一综述。 Tuberculous meningitis, due to atypical clinical manifestations and lagging etiology check, is relatively difficult to diagnose. However, specific biomarkers in cerebrospinal fluid can improve early diagnosis, and have great significance in treatment and prognosis of patients with tuberculous meningitis. Research progress on biomarkers for early diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis is reviewed in this article.
