胸壁原始神经外胚层肿瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 病例资料患者,男,23岁。无明显诱因左上背部疼痛3年余,两年前在当地医院胸片未见异常。入院查体未见异常,胸片示左上肺野阴影;胸部CT平扫及增强扫描：左上后纵隔有一大小约5.1cm×8.1cm×9.1cm软组织团块,突向左上肺野,与左上肺边界清,病灶CT值约48HU,内未见钙化,其上份内有小片低密度影,CT值约6HU;邻近叶间裂局部增厚,左侧胸腔少量积液,邻近肋骨未见破坏;增强后动脉期病灶CT值约64HU,静脉期约80HU,呈不均匀性强化,其内低密度区未见强化（图1--3）。
