摘要 针对GH907合金自由锻环形件组织不均匀的问题,分析了原材料和锻造过程对锻件组织的影响,提出了改进措施。加热温度偏高、终锻变形量偏小、终锻温度偏低是导致锻件不均匀组织的主要原因,原材料的混晶组织会加剧锻件的组织不均。采用软包套保证终锻温度,将坯料的高径比提高到1.8,将棒材直径减小到155 mm,将环坯加热温度降到1050℃,终锻变形量提高到35%,此时锻件的组织均匀性明显改善,力学性能有一定提高。 Aiming at the problem of uneven microstructure of the GH907 alloy free forging ring parts, effects of raw material and forging process on forging microstructure were analyzed. And improvement measures were presented. The too high heating temperature, the too small final forging deformation and the too low final forging temperature are main causes of uneven forging microstructure, and mixed grain microstructure of raw materials will aggravate the unevenness of forging microstructure. Ensuring the final forging temperature by the soft sleeve, increasing the blank height to diameter ratio to 1.8, reducing the bar diameter to 155mm, reducing the ring billet heating temperature to 1050~C, and increasing the final forging deformation to 35% ,forging microstructure uniformity can improved obviously, and its mechanical properties are some elevated.
