摘要
采用立式离心铸造法制备了汽车用ZK20-0.3Y新型镁合金,并进行了显微组织、物相组成、微区成分和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明,该合金由基体α-Mg相和少量的Mg3Y2Zn3相组成,具有较细小的组织和较佳的力学性能,平均室温屈服强度为112.33 MPa、平均室温抗拉强度为217.67 MPa、平均室温伸长率为25.27%、平均0℃冲击吸收功为67.67 J。
New-type ZK20-0.3Y magnesium alloy for automobile was prepared by vertical centrifugal casting. And the microstructure, phase composition, micro-area composition and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that the alloy is composed of ct-Mg matrix phase and little Mg3Y2Zn3 phase, and it is fine microstructure and better mechanical properties. The average yield strength at room temperature is 112.33MPa, the average tensile strength at room temperature is 217.67 MPa, the average elongation at room temperature is 25.27%, and the average impact absorbing energy at 0℃ is 67.67J.
