摘要
由于《高等学校档案管理办法》没有明确界定"学生类"档案的概念,导致了人们对"学生类"档案的概念解读存在明显的分歧。本文针对目前存在的对"学生类"档案的几种理解,从27号令增设"学生类"档案的意义和目的、"学生类"档案的具体所指和非学生个人档案角度等三个方面对"学生类"档案的概念进行了探析,提出了对"学生类"档案提法的修改建议。
As Archives Management Measures for Colleges and Universities does not clearly define the concept of＂students＂archives, there are obvious differences in interpretation of the concept of＂students＂archives. In view of several existing understandings, this paper analyzes from the following aspects： the meaning and purpose of adding ＂students＂ archives to Archives Management Measures for Colleges and Universities, what＂students＂archives specifically refers to,and the perspective of non-student personal archives, and finally proposes changes to the wording of＂students＂archives.
