摘要
温度的变化,用电负荷将发生较大变化,实际测量的电流、有功功率等值也将随之大幅变化,在利用历史数据校验实际测量数据的过程中,由于偏差较大,配网生产管理系统(DMS)就会将把实际测量值当做明显的坏数据丢弃,造成状态估计结果偏差较大。因此,在日常配网调度应用过程中,若发生天气骤变,需及时的对配网状态估计计算过程进行调整,以保证状态估计功能正常应用。
The change of the temperature will resuh in change of electric load, which lead to the change of the measured current and real power. When using the historical data to verify the practical measured date, due to the large error, the distribution management system (DMS) will discard the practical measured value as the bad data, thus the error of state estimation was large. Therefore, in routine distribution system dispatch, if the weather changes rapidly, the calculation of state estimation should be revised accordingly, which ensure the normal application of state estimation.
