摘要
对于建筑施工企业,劳务管理一直是困扰其发展的重大问题。而在劳务管理中,劳务分包合同管理占有较大的比重,从广义上来说,劳务管理的全过程都能体现在劳务分包合同中,比如合同主体的选择对应施工队伍的引进、劳务分包合同的履行对应劳务施工的进行、工程款项的结算也需要在劳务分包合同中有明确的规定,可以说,劳务分包合同管理直接影响了施工企业的劳务管理。从施工企业劳务分包合同的管理现状、存在的问题和应对措施入手,分析、探讨了劳务分包合同的管理。
